Inside, Looking Out.

I don't care if you cried yourself to sleep the last 4 nights, or finished a tub of ice cream while watching The Bachelor. I don't care if you drank until you blacked out not remembering a single thing and waking up at 8am hating every little thing about yourself. We all do dumb things, whether we intend to or not. But that doesn't make us a bad person. We're human.   You're not a bad person for the ways you tried to kill your sadness.  We all just want to feel alive again, and we're going to do whatever it takes to do that.

I can sit here and write whatever I want you to think of me to be. I can effectuate your hopes that I am some inspirational human being, who strives to make the world a better place.  As great as that sounds, I am really not. When I sit and think, I start to feel like our culture is simply being taken over by the  idea of what our parents want us to be, or our peers, or what God wants us to be.  Why?  Because we look up to them.  We worship the ground they walk on and we don't want to disappoint.  But what we don't quite realize is that we've developed this need to claim who we are, rather than just to be. I'll admit, I am guilty for those inspirational quote posting on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.  But I don't do it to try and make you believe I am something I am not. I am a very self-less, in the moment, expressive person.  I believe in energy and making a difference in people's lives.  I don't do it to impress others, it was j...

Ever since, I fell in love with it and I constantly remind myself and admire each person that has never given up on me and continue to stay by my side.
